The apartment is located in Yüzevler, which is known as the most elegant and airy location of the oxygen paradise Sapanca. Just behind it is a pine grove with plenty of oxygen and close to the center/station. This is a place where very wealthy Arabs also buy apartments/houses and spend a few months a year. Like the district of Istanbul for retirees full-time or for those working in Istanbul. Ideal for arriving by train/car on Friday evening and returning on Sunday evening/Monday morning.
