Vineyard and garden for both commercial and hobby purposes in Kırklareli

Our vineyard located in Kavaklı town of Kırklareli city center has an area of ​​8650 m2, 6500 m2 of which is for commercial purposes, a 6-year-old vineyard from the gazebo system and 2000 m2 of it consists of all kinds of mixed orchards that can be grown in that region.

Our garden has the identity of a kind of vineyard or garden farm, and there are 50 m2 of 2+1 prefabricated buildings and 4 add-on warehouses and structures of 30 m2 in total.

The distance of the garden to Kavaklı town is 800 m. It is a special power line and it was pulled from 600 meters. The state irrigation canal runs through the garden, and there is borehole water at a depth of 83 meters. It has two water tanks of 200 and 500 m3 and a submersible motor.

The entire garden is irrigated with a drip irrigation system, and there is also a filter and fertilizer tank.

There are 700 Michele Palieri, 350 Red Globe and 50 mixed grape varieties in the garden commercially. There are also 100 mixed fruit trees including apple, pear, walnut, apricot, fig, mulberry, date, plum, jujube, quince, peach and almond. 50 of the fruits are walnut tree of Chandler variety.

With the push of a button, the entire vineyard or garden can be irrigated at the same time.

An average of 15-20 tons of grapes can be obtained from the vineyard per year. In 2021, the wholesale kilogram price was sold for 6 TL. It is expected to be 10-12 TL in 2022.

The outer wall of the prefabricated building is painted with Juton brand paint over decorative plaster on a 10-gauge Ytong. This provided the building with extraordinary thermal insulation.

There is also a coop with a capacity of 150-200 chickens in the garden.
